What are your security features? Collective Storage features security fencing, gated access, onsite staff, and surveillance cameras.
Do I need storage insurance?
You do not need an individual storage policy but you assume responsibility as Collective Storage does not take any responsibility.
Do I need to insure my vehicle while it's in storage?
We do not require you to insure your vehicle, however, we do recommend obtaining storage insurance as we are not responsible or liable for your goods while they are stored.
Is Collective Storage staffed?
Yes, our onsite staff are always happy to help, so come and say hello!
Do you have drive-up access?
Yes, instead of leaving your vehicle in the parking lot, you can drive straight up to your unit instead.
What vehicle parking do you offer?
Both covered and uncovered parking is available. Get in touch with our team today to discuss your needs.
Do you prorate my rent if I'm not storing for a full month?
If you sign up for storage with us within the month, we will prorate your payment based on the day you sign up. When giving notice on month-to-month contracts, one full month's notice is required.
How do I cancel my lease agreement?
This depends on the contract length and type that you have. It is best to refer to the contract given to you when you signed up, or you can contact us for more information.
